NEW AND UNLAWFUL SEXUAL MISCONDUCT POLICY AT GEORGIA'S PUBLIC UNIVERSITIES 

On July 1, 2016, the University System of Georgia (USG) implemented a new Sexual Misconduct Policy that does not comply with federal law, makes it harder for survivors to come forward, and will only hide the problem of sexual violence. If your children attend a public university in Georgia, they will be affected.
